Workforce Reform Case Study Reports

In 2007/08 the SWitch CETT was allocated funding via QIA to produce case studies on the impact of the workforce reforms. 

Members were invited to produce/contribute to a case study on relevant areas of activity within their organisations.

Ten organisations, from a variety of SWitch constituent sectors, undertook to work on/contribute to case studies on themes including:

• The impact of the reforms in WBL organisations
• A Third sector perspective on the workforce reforms
• Training Skills for Life teachers and Supporting colleagues to embed SfL
• Using Professional Development portfolios to support and record CPD
• Staff teams working together to support the delivery of ITT and CPD
